These terms govern your use of the Aleef app and website. By creating an account or placing a booking or order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
Aleef is a marketplace. We introduce pet owners to independent providers — veterinarians, pet hotels, groomers, trainers and shops — and handle the booking, ordering and payment flow. The veterinary treatment, boarding, grooming, training or goods are supplied by that provider, not by Aleef.
You must be 18 or older to hold an account, and the phone number you register must be yours. You are responsible for what happens under your account; keep access to your phone and its one-time codes secure. Give accurate information about yourself and your animals — a vet may rely on it.
A booking is confirmed when the provider accepts it; until then it is a request. Prices shown are set by the provider and include any fee stated at checkout. Where payment on delivery is offered, you pay the provider or courier on handover.
Nothing in the app is medical advice. Aleef does not diagnose, prescribe or treat. Always follow the instructions of the treating veterinarian, and in an emergency contact a clinic directly instead of waiting for a booking.
Do not use Aleef to break the law, to book on someone else's behalf without their consent, to upload someone else's documents or photos, to abuse or defraud a provider, or to interfere with the app's operation. We may suspend an account that does.
Reviews must be your own honest experience. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unlawful. You keep ownership of what you upload and give us permission to display it in the app for the purpose it was posted.
Providers apply and are reviewed before being listed. They are responsible for holding the licences their activity requires in Oman, for the accuracy of their listings, and for the service they deliver.
We work to keep the app available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Aleef is not liable for the acts or omissions of a provider, nor for indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Omani law.
We may update these terms and will post the new date above; continued use means acceptance. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and disputes fall to the competent Omani courts. Contact: support@aleef.om.
